Bus Driver

Transportation Driver
 

The Transportation Driver will provide safe transportation for the residents to and from appointments throughout the north central West Virginia and surrounding area. Early morning, evening and weekend hours may be required. Must have a valid West Virginia driver’s license. Preference given to those with at least 5 years of driving experience.

The primary purpose of your job position as the Transportation Driver will be to provide safe transportation for the residents to and from consult appointments.

Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist

Cortland Acres has an immediate opening for a billing specialist to join our team!

  • Answer accounting-related calls from patients, insurance companies, and/or third-party billing companies
  • Act as a liaison between patients and medical offices/insurance companies, resolving billing issues
  • Assist in the daily operations of the billing office, including but not limited to billing insurance companies/patients, posting payments, contractual adjustments, and researching accounts
  • Review and complete job close-out review and monthly accounting reports
  • Data entry into the EMR
  • Other duties as assigned

We are seeking a WV licensed social worker with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university to assist with the coordination of care of residents of a long-term care facility. 

  • Familiarity with current federal, state & local regulations is beneficial, including short-term rehab discharge planning.
