Cortland Acres offers around-the-clock medical supervision and help with activities of daily living.
Care is provided by registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants who work closely with other members of the care team including physicians, dietary staff, pharmacists, and therapists to manage each residents' need for additional help or more specialized levels of care and attention.
Our caregivers possess a natural capacity for caring and sensitivity. We believe this helps to continually ensure the preservation of each resident's dignity, sense of independence and self-respect.
