At Cortland Acres, it’s our nature to ensure residents get compassionate care and feel comfortable and secure. Our 94-bed long-term nursing care and skilled short-term rehabilitation center are located on a spacious 35-acre campus in the heart of scenic Tucker County, West Virginia.

Our facility is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Medical staff and caregivers work closely with residents and family members to develop individualized programs and plans of care. We also offer special therapy programs and a caring environment for our residents with dementia and other forms of memory loss.
