The Cortland Foundation has received Neighborhood Investment Program (NIP) tax credits to issue to qualified donors and kick off the Happy Trails Project. Funds raised through the NIP program will be used to construct the trail on the Cortland campus and eventually connect with other area trails systems and downtown Thomas.
