We offer employment opportunities for registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, administrators and secretarial personnel, dietitians and dietary workers, health information (medical records) and IT specialists, maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry staff.

Many of our employees are graduates of our own certified nursing assistant (CNA) course of study. We also offer in-service training for other staff, and an administrator-in-training program.

Physical Therapist

Live, Play & Work in the scenic mountain community of Thomas, WV. Cortland Acres Rehab and Fitness Center is located on Route 219 just miles from unlimited outdoor recreational opportunities and 2 outstanding east coast ski resorts, Timberline and Canaan Valley Resort. Our fully-equipped rehab center includes a 1,600 sq. ft. gym and 700 sq. ft. pool. Staff includes 2 full-time and 2 part-time physical therapists, an occupational therapist and one speech-language pathologist.
